Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a designated specialty unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with the organization’s standards.

The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and adherence to required certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Prior pediatrics/ICU experience may be preferred for certain units and shift availability.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of nursing experience required.
• Accredited Nursing Program and active RN license; ACLS/PALS/NRP and related certifications as per unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and precept learners as needed.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition and educate patient/family.
