Job Description:
This position requires intensive case management for our highest risk youth. The duties also include conducting screening and risk tools, investigations for the Court, and completing intakes at the request of law enforcement. Intensive case management includes facilitating groups, utilizing the science of brain development as a foundation for the work with youth, skill training, high-level engagement with families, school, & service providers. Service matching that aligns with the key life areas is essential, along with monitoring court conditions and doing transition planning with your who have been placed out of home. Non-traditional hours and being "on-call" is an expectation . All this done in a way that ensures improved behavior and community safety.
Location and Office Coverage:
In-Office only. This position will cover the Fremont and Blair offices.

Travel Expectations:
Regular travel is required to support operations across both the Fremont and Blair offices. As part of our commitment to active community supervision, field visits and additional regional travel may be required.
Work Schedule:
Core hours are Monday-Friday daytime. As part of our 24/7 commitment to community safety, occasional on-call, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
