This position may assist with recruitment and mentoring for new staff, providing feedback and evaluation on program and fitness training protocols and demonstrating experienced coaching perspectives through shadow shifts

Requires frequent use of fitness equipment including strength, conditioning, weight, toning, and cardiovascular machines and equipment. May occasionally use fitness devices such as a body composition scanner, resting metabolic rate machine and various fitness software and general office equipment.
Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, handling, feeling or operating objects, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Requires reaching with hands and arms, climbing and balancing. The employee is frequently required to carry, pull, push, or lift up to fifty (50) pounds, and occasionally carry, pull push or lift more than one hundred (100) pounds with assistance. Requires close and distance vision acuity and the ability to adjust focus, allowing a broad field of vision.
Work is frequently performed in a climate-controlled office environment but the employee may be exposed to extreme cold/heat and wetness/humidity. The noise level in the work environment is usually high and may range from moderate to extreme with occasional vibrations.
