Headlands Research AMCR Institute in Escondido, CA seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support clinical trials. You will handle investigational products, oversee inventory, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain regulatory documentation in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

The role offers onsite work only, with opportunities to contribute to metabolic and immunologic studies and collaborate with experienced researchers and coordinators.

Qualificações

• Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
• Active state/provincial license or registration where applicable.
• Current GCP certification or willingness to complete training.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in clinical research or hospital setting.
• Experience with IP handling and investigational product processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, store, prepare, dispense, and document investigational products per protocol.
• Log shipments using IWRS/IRT and manage IP accountability and inventory control.
• Maintain temperature records, logs, and compliance with GCP/SOPs.
• Support data entry, regulatory documentation, and site visits as needed.
• Collaborate with study teams, monitors, and sponsors to ensure safety and data integrity.
