Headlands Research in Escondido, CA is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support clinical trials. You will handle investigational products, ensure GMP/GCP compliance, and maintain precise documentation under licensed supervision.

Work in a highly regulated environment with SOPs, IP accountability, and collaboration with study teams. Prior GMP/clinical research exposure and IP management experience are valued; onsite only.

Qualificações

• Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
• Registration with relevant state or provincial licensing body required where applicable.
• Current certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or willingness to complete GCP training.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a clinical research or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Investigational Product Management: receive, store, prepare, and dispense IP per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain ALCOA-C records, IP logs, and regulatory binders, ensure audit readiness.
• Administrative & Operational Support: assist with assessments, data entry in eCRFs, and general clerical tasks.
• Communication & Collaboration: coordinate with study teams, monitors, and sponsors; participate in trainings.
