Job summary

Job Title: Nanny / Childcare Provider

Job Overview: The nanny will be responsible for providing personalized and high-quality childcare, ensuring a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the children can thrive and develop. This role includes meeting the children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs within their home environment.

Primary Duties:

  1. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.
  2. Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as reading books, playing educational games, and aiding with homework.
  3. Supervise and structure daily routines to provide consistency and security.
  4. Educate children on proper health and personal care habits, including exercise, diet, and personal hygiene.
  5. Organize and participate in activities that enhance the children's social skills and integrate them into the community.
  6. Facilitate skill-building activities that cater to each child's interests and developmental levels.
  7. Actively work on building strong, positive relationships with each child, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one care and attention to multiple children.
