Airgas USA, LLC is hiring a Specialized Billing Administrator in Tulsa, OK. You will handle billing outside normal retail, including cylinder lease programs and invoicing, working with the Supervisors and branches to ensure accurate, timely billing.
Responsibilities include renewals, specialized orders, data analysis, and daily audits to maintain data integrity and high customer satisfaction.

The Specialized Billing Administrator is responsible for the customer billing that falls outside the scope of normal retail operations. This area of business includes, but is not limited to the management of the Cylinder Lease Program, Progressive Pay Invoicing, and may be asked to assist with Digitally Integrated/Special Handled accounts. Working closely and collaboratively with the Specialized Billing Supervisor as well as the end user Customer, Branch personnel and Leadership this position achieves a high level of customer service, accuracy in billing, timeliness in maintenance, and process improvements.
