Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking a Specialized BI Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across clinical, finance, and operations. You will partner with organizational leaders to deliver dashboards, reports, and metrics that support strategic decisions.

You will guide data sourcing, ensure data quality, and mentor teammates while collaborating with IT and business units to transform information into measurable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/DS or related field; master’s preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience delivering analytics for one or more domains.
• Experience building self-service analytics dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and ability to influence across levels.
