Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Specialty Clinical Coordinator who is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering safe and compassionate patient care using the nursing process. The role requires critical thinking and clinical competence.

As a Coordinator, you will manage service coordination in your area and provide support to primary nurses and team members. Eligible candidates must have a valid RN license in Arkansas and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• RN with active license in Arkansas.
• Minimum of two years experience.
• Healthcare CPR certification required, ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed.

• Minimum of two years experience.
• Healthcare CPR required. Some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS (training provided).
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
