Qualifications

• RN license in Arkansas (unrestricted) is required.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required depending on area and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery for assigned ICU area using the nursing process.
• Serve as a resource for the primary nurse and other team members.
• Ensure safe, therapeutic and compassionate patient care in line with Baptist Health training.
