Specialist, Trading Services II

Location: Berwyn, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trade processing and settlement, including Fixed Income and Equities.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a trade, ensuring accurate settlement between counterparties and resolving fails to ensure compliance with settlement timelines.
• Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm's policies and procedures.
• Work with internal teams to resolve breaks between internal accounts and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Operational investment management experience and knowledge of principles and practices within the investment management industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication; detail‑oriented, highly motivated, self‑starter who works effectively in a team environment.
