Data Cleanup and Validation
  • Perform significant data cleanup and validation across multiple systems
  • Review employee data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment between systems
  • Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and coordinate corrections with the appropriate teams or vendors
  • Establish and maintain data validation practices to improve ongoing quality and reduce manual rework
Process Documentation and Standardization
  • Document current processes for payroll, benefits, domestic mobility, and related administration
  • Create standard operating procedures, job aids, and process maps
  • Recommend and implement more consistent, efficient, and scalable ways of working
  • Support efforts to standardize processes and improve internal controls
Domestic Mobility and Policy Benchmarking
  • Support domestic relocation and mobility administration
  • Benchmark domestic relocation policies and practices against the market
  • Review domestic mobility practices for alignment with global mobility policies and internal philosophy
  • Help identify opportunities to improve consistency, employee experience, and administrative efficiency
Vendor Implementation

  • Assist with planning, testing, data review, file validation, and transition activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support a smooth implementation
  • Help document new processes and support readiness for ongoing administration after go-live
Share Plan and Insider Administration Support
  • Assist with administration of the employee share plan and insider tracking
  • Support employee transactions, record accuracy, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners
  • Help ensure timely and accurate processing and documentation related to share plan activity
Qualifications
Required

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work through operational issues with a practical approach
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports, files, and reconciliations
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems
  • Experience in process improvement, standardization, or operational project support
Ideal Candidate
  • Notices when data does not match and wants to fix the source of the issue
  • Enjoys creating order, structure, and consistency
  • Can move comfortably between daily administration and project work
  • Communicates clearly and follows through
  • Works well across HR, payroll, vendors, and other partners
