Job summary

Pilot Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Employee Relations professional to handle policy and compliance matters and investigate concerns.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to resolve team member and guest issues, monitor background checks, and manage document requests related to DOL/EEOC matters. Flexibility to address escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, employee relations or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in human resources related field preferred.
• General knowledge of all company policies.

Job Description

• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision making
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior including but not limited to confidentiality
• General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and odd hours as needed
