We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst – Greenhouse to support and enhance our talent acquisition and onboarding technology landscape. This role will serve as a key partner to Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders by translating recruiting and onboarding requirements into scalable HRIS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), onboarding integrations, and HCM platforms, with a strong focus on data quality, compliance, system optimization, and user support.
