Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Interest in sourcing or procurement; coursework, projects, or internship experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders and suppliers.
• Interest in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, cost management, and material productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; data-analysis or supply-chain tools preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 30%.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, or processes.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to take initiative and ownership.
• Internship experience and/or less than two years of related work experience preferred.

Job Summary

The Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential early-career talent through hands-on experience. Participants rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen, functional expertise, and professional skills for future career opportunities across Acuity.

BUILD is designed for curious, adaptable, and motivated early-career talent who demonstrate learning agility, communication, ownership, critical thinking, willingness to seek feedback, solve problems, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

This role begins July 12, 2027, and has a flexible work location. In-person requirements vary by rotation, with some rotations on-site and others offering flexible arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Specific projects are determined by business needs. Supply Chain Sourcing Specialists complete rotations across functional areas, balancing individual interests with current company objectives while working alongside experienced colleagues. Rotation opportunities and location expectations include:

• Procurement (on-site at the assigned Acuity location)
• Sourcing Leader (flexible-location rotation with travel as needed)
• Junior Category Leader (flexible-location rotation with travel as needed)

Other exposure areas for Supply Chain Sourcing Specialists include, but are not limited to:

The range for this position is$56,900.00to$102,500.00 USD. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
