USA Jet Airline in Belleville, MI, is seeking a Stockroom Specialist to assist in daily Stores operations. You will control and document movements of parts, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate data entry for rotable parts in AMOS.

You will receive materials, ship to vendors or shops, and generate repair orders. The role requires safety compliance, teamwork, and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Must think quickly with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Move and document movement of parts and materials to and from the stockroom.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the aircraft stores area.
• Ensure proper data entries on rotable parts tracking tags upon return.
• Receive materials from vendors and in-house shops into stock.
• Keep trace of backing paperwork for shipments and repairs.
• Ship materials to outside vendors and in-house shops for repair or overhaul.
• Maintain equipment and materials for proper packaging and shipment.
• Generate AMOS repair orders and shipping documents.
• Enter part/serial numbers into AMOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Shipping/Receiving areas.
• Ship and receive hazardous materials.
• Procure parts and tooling on AOG basis as needed.
• Participate in USA Jet Safety Programs and SMS.
