Position Description:

Specialists are engaged in specialized research, professional activity, and university or public service. They leverage their expertise to contribute to the university’s research and scholarly community and may participate in public service depending on funding and duties.

Available titles include: 003300: SPECIALIST, 003301: SPECIALIST NEX, 003310: ASSOCIATE SPECIALIST, 003311: ASSOCIATE SPECIALIST NEX, 003320: ASSISTANT SPECIALIST, 003321: ASSISTANT SPECIALIST NEX, 003329: JR SPECIALIST NEX, 003330: JR SPECIALIST.

Qualifications:

• Junior Specialists: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent research experience.
• Assistant Specialists: Master’s degree or five years of relevant experience.
• Associate Specialists: Master’s degree or five to ten years of experience, along with academic contributions and service record.
• Full Specialists: Doctoral degree or ten+ years of experience, with significant academic achievements and recognition.
