A leading communications and technology company is seeking a mid-level Sales Representative to build relationships and drive revenue. This role involves engaging with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets within a supportive team environment. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess relevant sales experience.
Job Description:
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Client Relationship Management: Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
• Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers. Coordinate with Network and product teams on product and service availability.
• Contract Negotiation and Closing: Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal.
Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities. Supervisor: No

Duties directly related to making sales include: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities; providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales; researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering; researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.
Earn between $55,000 - $82,600 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
