The successful candidate will have a strong background in permitting and compliance management for air pollution sources and refrigerant management with a track record of successful implementation of compliance programs. The role also involves supporting EHS planning and execution and requires effective influencing skills to help drive EHS performance within a complex organization.
Reporting to the Associate Director / environmental compliance lead for the West Point Site, the S&E Specialist will provide technical and regulatory guidance to Global Safety & Environment (GSE) business partners and site operations and assist with the integration of environmental compliance programs and company standards into daily activities. As a key member of the site’s GSE team, you will help shape the site’s EHS culture, drive compliance, and embed EHS excellence across all site operations.

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
