Job summary

The Amherst Group is seeking a detail-oriented Renovation Coordinator to support the timely renovation of properties across our portfolio. You will follow up with Superintendents, review estimates, and manage contracts to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, proficient Excel/Outlook skills, strong English communication, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with Superintendents on late inspections to keep timelines on track.
  • Review and approve estimates, ensuring alignment with repair scope and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Construction Superintendents on estimate revisions.
  • Create and assign contracts for approved renovation scopes of work.
  • Track progress of renovations and update projected certification dates.
  • Manage budget revisions and request approvals for additional funds.
  • Support branch Renovation Superintendents with daily requests.
  • Identify trends and share best practices to improve efficiency.
