Job summary

LTM is looking for a Sr. QA Automation Engineer based in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of automation experience and will be responsible for enhancing the BDD Cucumber framework, along with designing and developing scalable test automation strategies.

Job Summary

• 8 years automation test experience
• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments
• Experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional regression, and end‑to‑end testing
• Experience in writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast‑paced, changing environment—multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a timely manner
• Ability to acquire knowledge necessary to perform job assignments covering technology, product, and process
• Excellent communication, time management, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with API testing
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins to create and maintain automation and manual testing infrastructure
• Experience with SDLC and tooling such as GIT, branching, merging, build systems, and continuous integration
• Testing data pipelines covering validations, derivations, transformations, etc.
• Strong comprehension of automated testing implementation and strategies
• Experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for BDD using Cucumber TypeScript
• Experience in writing test cases using BDD feature files with Cucumber and automating scenarios using Java, TypeScript, and Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Eclipse, Java, Maven, JUnit, and TestNG
• Strong understanding of extracting XPath expressions
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Understanding of performance testing tools is an added advantage
