The Specialist Project - Closeout supports the management team in maintaining project and contract organization and efficiency. Responsibilities include various project-related tasks assigned by project leadership, depending on the project size and needs. The role focuses on ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks while prioritizing the overall success of the project/contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project documentation
• Perform assigned program tasks
• Maintain complete project files (physical and electronic)
• Read and utilize network maps and plans to create as-builts with Bluebeam
• Set up new projects and manage permits
• Track project changes and delays
• Ensure billing accuracy and project documentation completeness
• Support other project personnel and participate in training
• Support company policies and initiatives
• Travel as needed
• Conduct root cause analysis for process improvements
• Interface with internal teams and participate in business intelligence solutions
• Provide analytical support and oversee project closeout activities

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Ability to attend required training

Additional qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in telecom construction or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math and data comprehension skills
• Proficiency with basic computer software and Google applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with project management concepts
• Knowledge of specific software tools (CPS, BIDMASTER, BLUEBEAM, etc.)

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, crouching, lifting up to 30 pounds, etc.)
• Work environment includes low noise, outdoor weather conditions, and potential exposure to extreme temperatures

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
