Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an entry-level professional to join the NGJ-LB PM team in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on coordinating with PMs and engineers to finalize plans, track timelines, and maintain project documentation while supporting meetings and materials preparation.

Onsite in Salt Lake City with a 9/80 schedule, the position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and familiarity with AI tools, MS Office, and government FARs. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• 1 year experience with demonstrated ability to effectively use AI applications while exercising sound judgment and protecting sensitive information.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams Administration.
• Experience with Government FARs.

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an entry level professional to join the Next Generation Jammer – Low Band (NGJ-LB) Program Management (PM) team to support our dynamic organization.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations.

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings.

• Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.

• Participate in project/program meetings as requested.

• Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.

• Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues.

• Assist with special projects and tasks.

• Assist with SharePoint and MS Teams Administration.

• Use approved AI-enabled tools to support project coordination, documentation, meeting preparation, and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policy.

  Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
