Job summary

MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to support providers in identifying improvements and promoting optimal service quality for members. You will serve as the main link between physicians and the Company, building strong relationships with PCPs and their staff.

The role involves regular meetings, coordination across internal departments, and promotion of the brand among providers in Puerto Rico to ensure seamless collaboration and superior member care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or health-related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience and/or training in similar positions in the Health Insurance and/or Sales Industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business relationships with providers and administrative staff through regular meetings.
• Develop and optimize communications between providers and the Company.
• Participate in meetings with providers to discuss issues affecting service quality for members.
• Promote the Company's brand among providers and coordinate external labeling or branding materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medicare Stars, MA, Clinical Affairs, Pharmacy and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support onboarding and development of new Sales team members on access and provider relations topics.
• Work with Membership to strengthen provider relationships and partnerships.
• Identify gaps in the network and refer cases to Contracting for evaluation.
