The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure environment, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. The specialist contributes to a culture of integrity and accountability by adhering to company policies and promoting safety across all operations.

The Physical Security team is committed to maintaining a secure environment for the facility and its associates. They develop and enforce security protocols, emergency response plans, and training programs. The team manages incident and crisis situations with tactical responses, collaborates with internal and external partners, and ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate policies. Focused on continuous improvement, integrity, and teamwork, they effectively address threats while supporting a safe workplace. What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in physical security operations, including emergency and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of crisis management and threat management protocols.
• Ability to implement and improve security systems and standard operating procedures.
• Skilled in tactical response to life safety events such as active shooter, fire, and severe weather incidents.
• Experience conducting investigations related to security breaches and policy violations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements including OSHA, PCI, and fire safety codes.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a safe environment.
• Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in security practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
