The role emphasizes collaboration with Recruiting and Driver Orientation, with in-person meetings and ongoing training to stay aligned with regulatory changes and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all drivers are in compliance with DOT and USX rules and regulations.
  • Contact applicants to obtain missing information.

  • Review driver files to determine eligibility and potential disqualifiers.
  • Work with Recruiting and Driver Orientation to complete evaluation within 3-day orientation.
  • Collaborate with teams to harness collective intelligence of the workforce.
  • Attend in-person meetings and trainings on developments, goals, and objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Responsiblefor ensuring all drivers are in compliance with DOT and USX rules andregulations.
Contact applicants to obtain missing application information
Ensure applicant meets USX hiring guidelines and DOT regulations but reviewing and ordering reports such as MVR, PSP, DAC, Asuriant, Driver IQ Pre, Etc.
Verify background information including driving record, employment history, and convictions
Investigate and address any discrepancies with driver history or driver application
Reviewthe results of driver physicals and drug screens to determine eligibility
Ensurethat contents of driver files are complete, up to date, and in the correctorder
Evaluatedriver’s file to identify potential disqualifiers and notify management
Workclosely with Recruiting and Driver Orientation departments to complete theevaluation process within the 3-day orientation period
Procure or obtain necessary consumer reports and releases
Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce.
Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives and participate in such discussions by offering input and advice.
Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication and expectations.


WhatWe’re Looking For:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience

6 months of experience in a related field preferred


Skills/Certifications
