Northcentral Technical College seeks a Multimedia Specialist to visually tell the NTC story and strengthen brand awareness across web, social, and events.

The role creates, produces, directs, shoots, writes, and edits high-quality video/photo content for marketing, recruitment, and public relations, manages assets, and collaborates with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support college events and activities.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Summary

The Multimedia Specialistis responsible forvisually telling the NTC story to engage prospective students, celebrate student success, and strengthen brand awareness. This position creates, produces, directs, shoots, writes, and edits high-quality video/photocontent to support the College\'s marketing, recruitment, and public relations efforts. Video/photoprojects are developed for various platforms, including the web, social media, recruitment events, training, and external marketing. Additionally, this role manages video/photoassets,maintainsproduction equipment, and collaborates with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Please Note: Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required throughout the year to support college events and activities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Video/PhotoProduction & Content Creation:

• Provide project coordination, including planning, writing, directing, filming, and editing professional video/photocontent and social media content.
• Operate video/photocameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software to produce high-quality video/photocontent aligned withCollegeinitiatives.
• Write video scripts and develop storyboards to guide production.
• Organize and manage video/photoshoots, contributing to the College\'s videoand photolibrariesand archives.
• Producevideo/photo assets that enhance brand consistency across media.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with faculty, staff, studentsand external partners.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Meet with internal stakeholders todetermineproject goals and video/photoneeds.
• Develop andmaintainproduction schedules to ensuretimelycompletion of projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing team members to distribute content across web and social media platforms, as well as print and design.
• Assistwith the development of radio and television advertising content.

Technology & Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and update video/photoand audio software and hardware, ensuring functionality and alignment with industry standards.
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance of video/photoproduction equipment.

Additional Experience Information:

• Proven ability to script, edit, and produce video/photocontent that aligns with messagingobjectives.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, including video production, lighting, photography, and graphic design.
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite and video/photoediting software.

Minimum Qualifications Required
