Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to plan and schedule deliveries, optimize capacity, and support production in Fort Mill, SC.

You will analyze demand and capacity, develop prioritization guidelines, and collaborate with master planning to improve overall supply chain efficiency. A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical skills are required; US work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Experience with material management, planning, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate planning scenarios and capacity impacts.
  • Confident handling of planning-related tools; demand-capacity checks are a plus.
  • Structured, proactive, cooperative working style with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities
