RXO, Inc. is hiring a Specialist, Logistic to provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. The role emphasizes accuracy and proactive communication with customers and drivers.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 11am-8pm, with growth opportunities within RXO. The day-to-day includes maintaining loads, updating stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, intact deliveries while coordinating with account managers and drivers.

Formación

• 1 year of logistics experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret load and routing instructions

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer profile and enter loads from tenders
• Update managers and customers on load status
• Monitor pickups and deliveries for on-time arrival
• Take driver check calls and verify load data for accounting
• Investigate overages, shortages and damages with proper documentation
• Schedule/delay deliveries per account manager directions
• Provide detailed routing directions to drivers

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday; 11am-8pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders
• Update account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition
• Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads based on direction from account managers
• Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers

At a minimum, you\'ll need:

• 1 year of logistics experience

It\'d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of the transportation industry
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form
