This position supports 2 - 3 Showrooms

What you'll do:

As a Lead Stock Associate, you will play an important role in the customer purchase process. You will lead and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include offloading and loading trailers of furniture for assembly and display, assisting customers with loading their purchases, and maintaining a clean, organized backroom and sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.

What we need from you:

  • A commitment to safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
  • Valid driver's license; Motor Vehicle Report will be conducted.
  • Comfortable driving a 16-25 foot box truck to and from showrooms.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture weighing up to and exceeding 200 lbs.
  • Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
