Salt Lake Community College is seeking a part-time Test Proctor to welcome and check in examinees, verify IDs, and administer exams in a secure testing environment.
Under limited supervision, the proctor will monitor candidates, maintain test integrity, communicate clearly with students and staff, and follow university policies. Evening and afternoon shifts are required, with a potential for additional hours as needed.

All employees are expected to maintain a permanent residence within the State of Utah as a condition of employment. New employees must provide a valid Utah residential address within 30 days of their start date.
Job Summary Under limited supervision, the Test Proctor’s responsibilities include welcoming and checking in test candidates, verifying ID, and administering a variety of exams. The proctor also monitors candidates during testing. The proctor works and interacts effectively with students, instructors, and College staff to create a secure, efficient and courteous testing environment.

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must Be Able To Work Designated Scheduled Hours Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM-8:00 PM, Friday 12:30 PM-5:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications Some college or other post-secondary student experience.1-year office, reception, or customer service experience.Experience working with confidential information.Familiarity with SLCC a plus.
