Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness in Missouri is seeking production workers for pre-roll manufacturing and cannabis processing. You will weigh, fill, cap, seal, label, and package products while following SOPs and maintaining quality.

The role involves setting up and maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, processing, packaging, machine operation, or cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Perform production activities related to pre-roll manufacturing, weighing, filling, packaging, and processing operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment used in pre-roll and cannabis processing operations.
• Accurately weigh, measure, fill, cap, seal, label, and package cannabis products while maintaining established quality and compliance standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency, accuracy, and appearance.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate production status, inventory needs, and completed work to management and inventory personnel.
• Monitor inventory of consumables and production materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and making operational adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals and meet scheduling requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
