Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a dedicated team member to perform plant maintenance in the vegetation and flowering rooms. You will monitor plant health, follow SOPs, and work with colleagues to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records, using BioTrack seed-to-sale software, and upholding cleanliness in the work area. Candidates should be 21+, pass a Federal background check, and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

Reports to: Cultivation Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
• Monitor plant health
• Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
• Work as a team to meet production schedules.
• Good communication skills with co-workers and management.
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift. Including, mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
• Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program.
• Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
• Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work as a team player
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a Federal background check
• Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE
