Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a dedicated team member to perform plant maintenance in the vegetation and flowering rooms. You will monitor plant health, follow SOPs, and work with colleagues to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records, using BioTrack seed-to-sale software, and upholding cleanliness in the work area. Candidates should be 21+, pass a Federal background check, and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform plant maintenance in vegetation and flowering rooms.
• Monitor plant health and report issues to management.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in housekeeping.
