What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and conduct processes to ensure HR/HRIS accuracy in accordance with property policies and state regulations
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS, benefits, FMLA, and compliance, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting errors
- Administer leaves of absence (LOA) in compliance with company policies and federal/state guidelines
- Oversee benefits program administration and assist in annual open enrollment planning
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year of HR experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Exceptional customer service focus with attention to producing quality results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of UKG products preferred, but not required
