Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Supervisor of Grounds Zone to lead a team in maintaining the Richmond Campus grounds, including the Elmwood Mansion area and greenhouse operations. The role combines hands-on supervision with oversight responsibilities to ensure safety, quality, and timely maintenance across the zone.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, agronomy, or related field and at least one year of related experience.

• One year of related grounds maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• 60% - Overall responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of all grounds areas in assigned zone are being maintained to the required standards at all times.
• 30% - Oversee and perform any other grounds maintenance tasks to maintain service level standards throughout the year.
• 10% - Other duties as required and assigned.
