CFA Institute is seeking a Specialist, Governance and DRC Support to help coordinate Board of Governors and Disciplinary Review Committee activities, manage governance projects, and maintain confidential records. You will interact with senior executives and volunteers, owning processes and improving efficiency.

As Specialist, Governance and DRC Support, you will support two important areas of CFA Institute: our Board of Governors governance activities and the Disciplinary Review Committee (DRC). This is a varied role combining executive-level administrative support with governance and DRC operations and project ownership. You will become a trusted point of coordination for senior stakeholders and volunteers, keeping meetings, records, communications and processes moving while taking ownership of governance projects as they arise. You will also have the opportunity to learn how the work operates, identify better ways of doing things and help evolve the role over time.

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: US - $72,000 - $95,000 per year Actual salary within the stated range will depend on the individual's experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
