The Brand Marketing Manager, Societies serves as the central connection between Global Brand Marketing, Global Society Relations & Operations, and CFA Societies worldwide. In this highly collaborative role, you will translate established brand strategies, campaigns, and enterprise priorities into practical activation models, toolkits, resources, and guidance that societies can apply within their local markets.
You will partner with marketing teams, society leaders and staff, regional stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to strengthen execution, increase adoption, and scale successful practices across the society network. Success will require both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery, along with the ability to build trusted relationships, navigate differing stakeholder needs, and drive progress without direct authority.
At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: $93,000 - $140,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
