Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively informed about Apple’s products, services, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform additional tasks as needed, including customer support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity and learning. Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Base pay ranges from $27.75 to $35.25/hr, with most new hires starting at $27.75. Compensation includes opportunities for growth, stock programs, benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts, and educational reimbursement.
