Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer support in various store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations.

Base pay is part of the total compensation, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
