Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assist in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations.

Pay & Benefits

Apple offers a total compensation package, including base pay, which ranges from $24.00 to $29.40/hr, with most new hires starting at $24.00. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employees can participate in stock programs, purchase stock at a discount, and receive benefits like medical coverage, retirement plans, discounts, educational reimbursement, bonuses, and relocation assistance.
