Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle ITC portfolio and maintain strong client relations.
• Complete quality checks as defined with client contracts.
• Respond to customer emails related to payments, disputes, or collections.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related issues.
• Prepare SOPs or process manuals per client requirements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operations.
• Perform daily internal audits.

Job Description

Should possess excellent communication skills

Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts

Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation

Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.

Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention

Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements

Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities

Perform daily internal audit
