Job summary

T2S Solutions in the United States seeks a Management Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and program-management support for DoD mission requirements.

The ideal candidate will coordinate projects, track actions and deliverables, develop reports and briefings, maintain program documentation, and support daily business operations with government customers, leadership, and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • At least three years of admin/program-management support experience.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, minutes, correspondence, and docs.
  • Experience tracking schedules, deliverables, and project status.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, organization, analytics, and time-management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with Government customers, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Ability to protect sensitive information and comply with security/document handling.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must maintain or obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin, operational, and program-management support to Government and contractor personnel.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, meeting minutes, correspondence, spreadsheets, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, data calls, and program activities with stakeholders.
  • Monitor actions and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and present program, financial, staffing, and performance data.
  • Maintain electronic records, repositories, trackers, and controlled files.
  • Assist with SOPs, workflows, status reports, and management briefings.
  • Identify issues and propose solutions to program leadership.
  • Communicate professionally with Government customers, contractors, and leadership.
  • Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Protect sensitive information per security and document-handling requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Show strong written, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Obtain and maintain required security clearance and facility access.

T2S Solutions is seeking a Management Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and program-management support for U.S. Army and Department of Defense mission requirements. The ideal candidate will possess experience coordinating projects, tracking actions and deliverables, developing reports and briefings, maintaining program documentation, and supporting daily business operations. This position will work with Government customers, program leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to monitor schedules, resolve administrative issues, and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time. The selected candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, analyze information, communicate effectively, and produce professional correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other program-management documentation.

  • Provide administrative, operational, and program-management support to Government and contractor personnel.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

  • Be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance and facility access required for the position.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, information technology, network operations, or communications-security programs.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense and U.S. Army organizations, missions, policies, and administrative processes.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance activities, including Risk Management Framework documentation, assessment tracking, and Plan of Action and Milestones management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and guidance, such as NIST publications, DoD cybersecurity policies, and applicable Army regulations.
  • Experience tracking cybersecurity requirements, vulnerabilities, risks, corrective actions, and authorization-related deliverables.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, security controls, system authorization packages, and technical documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical reviews, cybersecurity working groups, status meetings, and customer briefings.
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity information into clear reports, presentations, executive summaries, and action items.
  • Experience maintaining controlled document repositories, program trackers, dashboards, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration or project-management tools.
  • Relevant certification, such as Security+, CAP/CGRC, PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent cybersecurity or project-management credential.
  • Active Secret security clearance or higher.
