Provides confidential administrative and technical support to the Senior Advisor in all matters concerning EEO/ADA/Title IX. Assists with discrimination investigations, preparing routine resolution letters and assembling investigative reports. Manages office schedule and coordinates office activities including meetings, interview appointments, training sessions, and workflow of time sensitive complaints, requests, and internal/external communications. Organizes and maintains relevant procedural manuals, control book, master internal and external investigative files, records, and databases in accordance with AACPS protocols and legal mandates. Manages Reasonable Accommodation process by maintaining confidential medical files in relation to documentation from employees and medical providers, conducts interactive meetings, performs research and analysis of requests evaluating individual medical conditions under the scope of EEO/ADA while addressing complex issues with various offices ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, regulations, operating procedures, and negotiated agreements. Facilitates the workflow of the systemwide Title IX Reporting System, routinely drafting Title IX correspondence under the direction of the Title IX Coordinator and communicating directly with school administration, investigators, students, and parent/guardians, in compliance with specified timelines determined by the Title IX Final Rule. Manages Equal Employment Opportunity - Non-Discrimination (EEO), Reasonable Accommodations (ADA), and Title IX public websites. Responds to internal and external inquires and correspondence relative to EEO/ADA/Title IX.
