Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences. The role focuses on automation and efficiency, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and various stakeholders to refine contracts and processes.

Responsibilities include LMS updates, program logistics, and driving AI innovations to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in education programs or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar.

• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $66,000 and $100,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
