Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education programs through operations and administration, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences. You will automate processes and improve efficiency across internal systems and workflows.

You will coordinate scheduling, LMS updates, and training logistics while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to scale programs and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in education programs or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged attempts.
• Answer customer inquiries related to education programs in a timely fashion.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal to refine and improve.
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems and process improvement.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Job Overview

The Specialist supports execution of educationprograms through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency to those processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries ina timelyfashion related to various education programs
• Executestrainingandcertificationcontracts, workingwith Finance and Legalto refine and improve
• Run programlogisticsand create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systemsand process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale andeliminatemanual processes

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
