Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support execution of education programs and optimize processes. You will manage scheduling, LMS updates, inquiries, and contracts, while driving efficiency with AI-powered improvements across internal systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and scalable programs, with a compensation package including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in education program coordination or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AI tools; Salesforce/Skilljar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.

Job Overview

The Specialist supports execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency to those processes.

Job Description and Requirements

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity,

• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
