We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Specialist, Client Service Management II serves as a key member of the client coverage team, partnering with Bankers, Wealth Advisors, Private Banking Associates, and internal service partners to deliver a high‑quality client experience.
The role is responsible for managing routine client servicing activities while also supporting onboarding, account opening, KYC documentation, relationship maintenance, and proactive client engagement.
The Specialist acts as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring requests are completed accurately, risks are appropriately managed, and new client relationships are onboarded efficiently. Success in this role requires strong client service skills, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
