Job summary

Ansira is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to manage deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment, order processing, and inventory management. You will act as the operational contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion, communicate client requests, and track project risks.

A 2–4 year background in client services is expected, with exposure to marketing services or SaaS

• Experience supporting client projects in marketing services, agency, SaaS, or client delivery environments.
• Familiarity with print production or fulfillment is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management.
• Serve as an empathetic, responsive, communicative operational contact for assigned client deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback clearly.
• Take accountability for identifying project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain client training and knowledge materials, such as job aids, FAQs, and process maps, for internal use and clients or end users where applicable.
• Lead internal and client-facing deliverable meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Train new and existing team members on products and processes and provide client-facing platform training as needed.
• Recommend tactical solutions and process improvements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project time accurately to support forecasting and billing.

• Minimal travel may be required.

Education and Experience

• Two to four years of experience in client services, account coordination, project coordination, marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Experience supporting client projects in a marketing services, agency, SaaS, or client delivery environment, with familiarity with local or channel marketing programs and/or print production or fulfillment preferred.
• Experience with print production or fulfillment is a plus.
