Complexity of Work

Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Other skills include time-management skills, knowledge of community resources and strong written communication skills.

Required Work Experience

A minimum of one (1) year of related experience.

Other Information

Must include lived experience of recovery from mental health or substance use disorders. Complete WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) training within 6 months of Show Contact Detailshire. Must obtain the Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) designation within 18 months of hire. Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS) - Automobile Insurance (AUTO INS), if applicable. BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE) - 6 months within hire.
